Traceability and Certification

All our materials are fully traceable. We achieve this through recording heat numbers which are then etched onto each part, recorded on our certification system and supplied to you as part of your order.
Manual & Orbital Welding
We know that you and your customers are not only interested in the material used in your fabrications but also insist on confidence of the Quality and finish.
In addition to offering standard Tig Welding services, we also offer Coded Welding to both ASME IX or EN Standard in Orbital & Hand welding to customer requirements. This enables our customers to have complete confidence in the integrity of each weld. Where coded welds are required the Weld Logs, Maps, Qualification Certificates and Procedures are included in the Certificate Dossier. In addition, these welds can be Boroscoped with the video supplied before polishing to the desired standard. Once fully polished the surface finish can be tested and certified also as part of the Certificate pack.
Polishing
Surface finish is crucial to ther performance of everything we supply. As part of our in-process and final inspection parts are surface-finish tested to ensure they meet your exacting requirements, and where required, surface finish prints can be provided. This ensures the integrity and quality of the manufacturing process.
