THE UK’S LARGEST MANUFACTURER AND DISTRIBUTOR OF HYGIENE TUBES AND HYGIENIC FITTINGS

When you purchase your hygiene tubes and hygienic fittings from DPL you can expect:

Exceptional standards

Our hygienic austenitic tubes and hygienic fittings meet the exacting standards and conform to ISO 9001-2015 manufacturing and quality standards. Plus, all contact parts are manufactured from T316L quality materials. Sulphur is controlled at weld points to a 0.005% minimum and a 0.017% maximum to ensure high quality orbital welds.

Comprehensive traceability

As part of our Quality Control, we check that all raw materials purchased conform to the Chemical Analysis stated on the Material Certificate — this is carried out by an independent laboratory. All materials are also traceable back to the original Material Certificates. To ensure full traceability of all materials to the original Material Certificate.

A wide variety of product options

Our extensive product range covers austenitic tubing sizes from 1/4” O.D. to 6” O.D. in tubing, weld end fittings suitable for orbital welding and clamp ended fittings. What’s more the tolerances on our weld ended products are suitable for closed head orbital welding, with tolerances on squareness and wall thickness.

Whichever product you choose, you can look forward to a choice of finish — mechanical or electropolished on the internal diameter, and mill finished or satin polished on the outer diameter.

Professional packaging and certification

With your products carefully finished, they will be professionally packed — austenitic tubing is supplied with ends capped, sleeved in polythene and end heat sealed, while hygienic fittings are capped and heat sealed in polythene.

Your products will arrive accompanied by full material certificates, either with the goods or via email, or both if required. Where needed, we will provide a full quality dossier to cover project work.

Maximising your workflow productivity

Owing to the exceptional quality of our hygienic tubes and fittings, our tailored options, as well as bespoke solutions and ongoing support, you can look forward to improved workflow productivity. ATEX approved Version Available – Enquire for more details!

The most common valve configurations are shown above. Many other configurations and orientations are available. Please contact DPL for further help and advice.

As standard, the valves are fitted with the spring return actuator closing the valve spindle downwards with the spring, this is termed normally closed (NC). The valves can be fitted with the actuator opening the valve spindle upwards with the spring, this is termed normally open (NO). The actuator is easily field reversible for NC or NO.

Diamond Series 3 Pressure Relief Valves

Designed to meet the changing needs of the process industry, the new Series 3 Pressure Relief valve uses elements of the DPL single and double seat valves to produce a full bore, self draining device ranging in size from 1-4”.

Available in manual and actuated format, the Series 3 valves have a tamper-proof pressure setting mechanism which can be adjusted in-line.
The valve can be disassembled for servicing without affecting the factory pressure setting.

Group use according to the Pressure Equipment Directive
With regard to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) the Pressure Relief Valves produced by DPL are designated as manufactured to Sound Engineering Practice (not to be CE marked). The valves are for use with piping media content within Group 2 and a pressure range 0 to 10 bar g.
Accordingly DPL valves are marked with the relevant directive number and S.E.P.

Working temperatures dependent upon choice of seal material, please consult DPL if in doubt
