IMPORTANT
Ensure zero line pressure prior to removing valve from line or dismantling



With the aid of a screwdriver, remove the handle retaining screw, spring and handle



Hold valve upside down in vice as shown.  Using a flat ended pin punch, knock out handle retaining roll pin. Carefully remove valve and cast handle parts.



Hold valve body in vice and undo the two
actuator bracket bolts as shown and remove.
Carefully lift off complete actuator assembly.



Undo and remove the cap head screws to separate the valve halves, then remove the spindle assembly.

The operator should establish a maintenance programme for all system valves based on the process product and frequency of valve use. Spares kits are available for all DPL supplied valves. For more information call 01799 582440
