IMPORTANT
Ensure zero line pressure prior to removing valve
from line or dismantling
|

Turn the handle 45° before
removing the valve from the line.
This will release any pressure
from the area behind the ball.

Fig 2
Hold valve upside down in vice as shown.
Using a flat ended pin punch, knock out
handle retaining roll pin. Carefully
remove valve and cast handle parts

Remove the handle retaining nut
then lift off the handle.
Remove the two bracket retaining
screws and brackets.

Hold valve body in vice and undo the
two actuator bracket bolts as shown
and remove. Carefully lift off complete actuator assembly.

| The operator should establish
a maintenance programme for all system valves based
on the process product and frequency of valve use. Spares
kits are available for all DPL supplied valves. For
