 Where
process lines have to be frequently dismantled for cleaning
a crevice free union provides the solution. Simple, rapid
disconnection and assembly is important to ensure that
your cleaning or sterilization process takes minimum time
and effort, thus helping to reduce costs.
The ILC union has been specially developed
by Dairy Pipe Lines after careful consideration of customer
needs. It combines the best properties of quick connection
and hygiene offered by other unions, whilst being suitable
for Clean in Place (CIP). It can be used in a variety
of applications including high pressure usage (please
contact DPL).
The Clamp union is designed to give a crevice
free join, offering you quick and easy assembly and disconnection
without the use of tools.
The RJT union is robust and widely used
in installations which are frequently dismantled for sterilization
and washing.
 The
IDF union provides a crevice free environment which, when
used with a round nut, limits unauthorised dismantling,
giving you added security. It is particularly suitable
for CIP where pipelines remain permanently in position.
All the unions detailed above are available
with a wide range of seal materials, to ensure compatibility
with your application.
Complementing the range of fittings, stainless
steel tube is supplied in sizes ranging from 1/2"
to 4". A range of internal and external finishes
is available.
