New Telephone System

SFL and DPL pride themselves on the level of customer service that they provide. It is something that the whole work force has every reason to be proud of. The way each call is handled directly effects the company image and also the level of sales that we, as a group, can obtain, and therefore keeping us in the forefront of the market place.

Every potential customer knows that the service they get is just as important to them as the quality of the goods that they receive – therefore a joint SFL/DPL team have acquired a new digital telephone system.

This will give the whole team the chance to deal with calls more efficiently and our customers will undoubtedly notice a big difference in the professional way that their calls are dealt with right from the onset.

Installation is planned for the end of November.

Literature

We are in the process of re-vamping our company literature and website, this is in order to bring it in line with our new logo and corporate colours. We envisage that this project will be complete by the end of November 2002.

Press Releases

We have several press releases in the pipeline, the first of which is on Louise’s role at SFL which will be distributed mid October so look out for her photograph in local papers!

Anniversary Presentation

The presentation, which took place on the 26th July, went very well and I think everyone went home happy that Friday afternoon.

A press release has been sent out to local newspapers and we appeared in the local paper on 18th September. There is a copy of the article on the Notice Board.
